Account identity (name, email), authentication events, memberships, and operational data you enter in tenant workspaces. Transactional mail is sent through the configured provider.
Why
To operate the service, secure accounts, invite collaborators, and deliver the features you use.
Storage and access
Application and tenant data sit on the hosting stack configured for Emvert. Evidence files use the private application disk (local or S3-compatible). Access follows membership and platform roles.
Retention
Retention and deletion follow product lifecycle controls and operator policy. Do not invent numeric retention days on this page until the recovery gate records them.
