2. Activity and evidence
Capture quantities with units that match your methodology, and attach PDF or image evidence where required. Files are scanned and stored on the private application disk.
3. Calculation and review
Recalculation runs asynchronously against platform-authored factors. Published reports keep an immutable calculation trace — restatements create a new version.
4. Assurance path
Owners can invite read-only assurers after reports are published. Assurers do not edit tenant data from the assurer portal.
